Field Service Engineer

We''re supporting a leading defence engineering business in their search for a Field Service Engineer to join their-Service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys travel, customer interaction, and hands-on work with advanced electro-mechanical systems. You''ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting specialist equipment both across the UK and internationally.

Core Duties:

• Installing, commissioning, and servicing specialist equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical faults
• Producing technical reports and service documentation
• Delivering exceptional customer support on-site
• Supporting equipment trials, testing, and training activities
• Working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutions

About You:

• HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support role
• Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and valid passport
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and overseas
