Field Service Engineer

We''re supporting a leading defence engineering business in their search for a Field Service Engineer to join their Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys travel, customer interaction, and hands-on work with advanced electro-mechanical systems. You''ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting specialist equipment both across the UK and internationally. Core Duties:Installing, commissioning, and servicing specialist equipmentDiagnosing and resolving electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical faultsProducing technical reports and service documentationDelivering exceptional customer support on-siteSupporting equipment trials, testing, and training activitiesWorking closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutionsAbout You:HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related disciplineExperience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support roleStrong fault-finding skills across electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systemsAbility to interpret technical drawings and documentationCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsFull UK Driving Licence and valid passportWillingness to travel extensively within the UK and overseasThis is an urgent requirement and applications will be reviewed at speed.
