To support continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused engineer who thrives in a varied role - combining hands-on servicing, installations, operator training, and customer demonstrations.The RoleInstall, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sitesProvide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activitiesTroubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficientlyRepresent the company with professionalism, acting as a trusted ambassador on-siteFlexibility to travel across the UK (occasional overnight stays required).The PersonMechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or with equivalent hands-on experience)Previous experience working with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, laminating, guillotines etc.) highly desirableStrong troubleshooting skills and IT literacyA customer-first mindset with excellent communication skillsFull, clean UK driving licenceIdeally located around the London / Kent area for ease of travel.What s on OfferIndustry competitive salary to be discussed, plus ..... full job details .....
