The Role Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and commissioning a range of specialist equipment at customer sites across the region. You''ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on-site Commission and complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new equipment Identify parts required for repairs and complete accurate service documentation Work closely with the Service Planning team to manage daily schedules and customer visits ..... full job details .....
