Field Service Engineer
Job Title: Field Service Engineer Purpose of the Role The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site across an international region. The role involves installation, maintenance, repair, training, and ongoing support of a range of specialised testing and inspection equipment. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and support technical equipment, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfactionProvide technical support via hotline, remote access, and on-site visitsCarry out commissioning and installation activities, including customer trainingDiagnose and troubleshoot faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsLiaise with internal engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and report product feedbackDevelop and contribute to technical documentation, including manuals and product guidesAct as the main technical point of contact for customers, building strong working relationshipsWork independently while collaborating with wider service and technical teamsTravel extensively across the assigned region to support customer requirements Candidate Requirements Strong technical background (engineering or equivalent experience)Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electronicsExperience with testing, inspection, or similar technical equipment (desirable)Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesHands-on approach with confidence using ..... full job details .....
