Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a Field Service Engineer to join the business   Responsibilities of Field Service Engineer: Having the ability to liaise with both customers and colleagues to ensure we maintain the customer service excellence that we pride ourselves on, is essential to the role. Servicing, maintaining, and installing a range of equipment at customers sites nationwide. Attend customers site in a timely manner to carry out the task assigned and deliver exceptional customer service. Respond to customer demand promptly and professionally working autonomously as well as part of a wider team, Install new machines and provide full operator training individually and as part of a team. Communicate effectively to liaise with: Customers both on site and to help to diagnose problems over the phone. The engineering and admin team The sales team.
