Plant Fitter Engineer - Field BasedLocation: Field Based - covering a radius of approximately 2 hours from your home locationHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmWorkload: Approximately 4 jobs per daySalary: Competitive, depending on experience + overtimeA fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Powered Access / Plant Fitter Engineer to join a growing field-based engineering team.You will be responsible for travelling to customer sites within approximately 2 hours of your home location, carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, fault finding and repairs on a range of powered access and plant equipment. You will typically attend around four jobs per day, with a company vehicle and the tools required to complete your work.The RoleTravel to customer sites within approximately 2 hours of your home locationService, maintain and repair powered access equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts and van mountsCarry out planned maintenance and pre-delivery inspections (PDI)Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faultsAttend breakdowns and carry out repairs on customer equipmentComplete refurbishment and remedial work where requiredCarry out LOLER inspections - training can be providedComplete job cards and maintenance records accuratelyIdentify replacement parts and report parts requirementsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardCommunicate effectively with customers while working on siteManage your ..... full job details .....
