Based in Bovington with UK-wide travel, the permanent role will involve providing technical support and training to UK land forces in simulated and live training environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective training on military simulation systems, including driver and crew simulators, indirect fires simulators and joint fires synthetic training systems Act as the main point of contact for instructors and trainees at customer locations Provide 1st-line and 2nd-line IT support, including fault diagnosis, equipment care and maintenance Work with technical and support teams to resolve faults and maintain system availability Support system upgrades, testing, installation, site acceptance and the setup of new training locations Conduct site visits and recommend the resources required for successful training delivery Produce post-exercise reports, capture accurate data and monitor system performance through relevant KPIs Support the induction and mento...
