Job Title: Field Service EngineerLocation: Home-based, Midlands (with occasional travel outside the area)Pay Range/details: Competitive salary + Benefits + Overtime + Company vehicle Contract Type: PermanentOur client are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer based in the Midlands to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities Field Service Engineer Install investigate and repair electrical and mechanical machine faults on advanced printing equipmentPlan and prepare correct parts equipment and resources for assigned repairs in a timely mannerCommunicate escalations problems concerns or delays clearly to CSC Supervisor and Customer with follow-up reports where requiredAssist customers and internal staff with spare parts identificationTake ownership of assigned faults and provide clear verbal and written communication to customersSupport colleagues and other SSUs when neededDemonstrate flexibility with start finish times overnight stays and cross-skilling Provide helpdesk telephone and remote support when requiredObserve Health and Safety and Working Time regulationsAdhere to Company handbook policies and procedures Qualifications and Requirements Field Service Engineer Recognised engineering qualification such as BTEC City and Guilds or equivalent Broad expertise in electrical mechanical and computer-based engineering Proven experience maintaining commercial equipment in production environments both independently and in teamsConsistently positive customer-focused ..... full job details .....
