The Role As a Mobile Service Engineer, you''ll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial catering and beverage equipment at customer sites. You''ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a prompt, professional, and reliable service. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines. Install and commission commercial coffee machines, dishwashers, and ice machines. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible. Respond to service breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. Provide customers with training and guidance on the correct operation of equipment. Complete service documentation accurately and maintain high standards of workmanship. Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally. About You We''re looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or Mobile Maintenance Engineer. Experience servicing commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment is highly desirable. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
