Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using industry diagnostic equipment and technical manuals Providing technical support directly to customers on-site Completing warranty and campaign repairs to the highest standard Identifying root causes and feeding valuable technical information back to the engineering team Estimating repairs and supporting the Parts and Service team Promoting service solutions and genuine parts where appropriate Working closely with Regional Service Managers and customer ..... full job details .....
