You will take a proactive approach to machine performance, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Electrical and mechanical fault finding, mainly electrical Provide a high quality of customer service in accordance with established policy. Communicate effectively with customers Accurately report on a visit-by-visit basis via appropriate documentation/call tracker in a timely manner. Work with minimum supervision, always maintaining appropriate communication. To aid and assist fellow workers as and when required. Ensure that all personal PPE is maintained as required and inspected at required intervals.
