The Role We re looking for a Field Service Engineer (IP / Networking) to join our team in Whiteley, Hampshire. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with complex technical systems and wants to be involved across the full lifecycle from pre-sales support and demonstrations through to delivery and ongoing customer support. You ll split your time between working on-site with customers and supporting activities in the office, including system setup, troubleshooting, and technical support. Travel is a key part of the role, typically up to two weeks per month across the UK, Europe, and occasionally further afield. You ll be responsible for: Providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams Supporting system design and configuration across IP networking, RF, and video technologies Delivering product demonstrations, installations, and customer training Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely and on-site Configuring and supporting IP-based systems (e.g. VLANs, multicast/unicast, RTSP) Supporting integration of wireless and communication systems into wider networks Producing technical documentation and ..... full job details .....
