This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a well-established business, providing technical support and maintenance services to customers across the Chester region.  Key Responsibilities  	 Carry out fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance and preventative servicing of customer equipment. 	 Achieve key performance targets including First Time Fix Rate, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and stock accuracy. 	 Implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Technical Bulletins (TBs) in line with company standards. 	 Perform Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) within agreed timescales. 	 Provide effective technical support to customers both on-site and remotely. 	 Deliver first-line IT support for integrated customer solutions. 	 Work closely with customer IT teams to maintain and support networked systems and equipment.
