We re hiring a Field Service Engineer to support advanced lab automation systems across the UK and Europe.This role suits someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, enjoys travel, and has a knack for diagnosing and fixing complex electromechanical systems especially within biotech or life sciences settings.Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and maintain robotic and automated lab equipment at customer sites Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues Deliver technical support and training to end users Collaborate with software engineers and internal teams to deploy updates and upgrades Document service visits, manage spare parts inventory, and contribute to technical knowledge base Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service excellence initiatives Support pre-sales activities including technical demonstrations and client consultations Provide feedback to RandD and product teams to improve system performance and reliability Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards during installations and service visits Perform preventive and ..... full job details .....
