Working within an established team, you’ll provide support across MFDs and Desktop Printers, as well as some Laptop support, ensuring timely responses and fault resolutions across a brad portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support to clients for managed print services across Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional printers, photocopiers, scanners, and office equipment. Complete preventative maintenance visits. Provide technical advice and user guidance to customers.
