Covering the South Coast region, this is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong mechanical and fault-finding skills to work on a range of healthcare and patient-handling equipment across care homes, hospitals and healthcare facilities.The role offers a mixture of servicing, maintenance, compliance testing and repairs, with additional earning potential through overtime, on-call duties and overnight stays.The RoleService, maintain and repair healthcare equipment including hoists, beds, baths, wheelchairs and pressure mattressesCarry out LOLER inspections and testing on lifting and patient-handling equipmentDiagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults at customer sitesComplete planned preventative maintenance in line with service agreementsEnsure all work complies with quality, health and safety and environmental standardsDeliver a professional and customer-focused service across the regionThe CandidatePrevious experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician or Maintenance EngineerStrong mechanical fault-finding skills with basic electrical knowledgeExperience working on healthcare, mobility, lifting or rehabilitation equipment desirableOrganised and methodical ..... full job details .....
