Field Service Engineer (Industrial Equipment) - Gloucestershire (Cheltenham HQ) + UK Travel - 35000 per annumAn established UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality industrial dry-steam cleaning equipment is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer to support continued growth following a recent acquisition by a global parent company. This is a hands-on role based from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, with regular customer site work and occasional travel.If you enjoy fault-finding, repairs and customer-facing engineering work, and want to develop your skills alongside experienced technical specialists, this could be a great fit.The RoleWorking a 37-hour week, you''ll be responsible for servicing, repairing and supporting specialist industrial equipment both at the workshop and on customer sites.Key responsibilities:Service and repair customer equipment at the Cheltenham premisesAttend customer sites to carry out on-site servicing and repairsProvide installation support and training for new equipmentProduce quotations, issue service reports, and maintain accurate work logsAct as a technical support backup for other engineers and end users, working closely with the wider teamAdditional requirements:Carry out other reasonable tasks aligned to the roleVery occasional travel to mainland Europe may be requiredWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 2 years'' experience in a technical service role repairing/servicing electrical equipment or machinery (including 3-phase)Strong mechanical ..... full job details .....
