The role involves providing high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring maximum machine uptime and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to health and safety standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mobile crushers, screeners, conveyors and associated equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults. * Conduct machine inspections and produce detailed service reports. * Replace and repair components including engines, hydraulic systems, bearings, conveyors, crusher chambers, screen boxes and drive systems. * Perform warranty and campaign work as required. * Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers. * Assist operators and maintenance personnel with machine operation and preventative maintenance practices. * Support commissioning and decommission...
