About the job Our field service engineers drive around in vans and inspect installations, report on faults and fix problems on behalf of our clients. Communication is really important at Flo – we talk to each other all the time, so even though our field service engineers work on their own, they get the support they need and are part of a team. We share good practice continuously and keep up with the requirements for servicing new products as they arrive on the market.
