Job role: Field Service Engineer - Balers / Compactors / Processing Machinery Basic Salary 60,000 Overtime + Paid Travel Fully Expensed Company Van Shift: Monday - Friday - DAYS We have partnered with a leading innovator in manufacturing of baler and compactors used within manufacturing industries, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer. Successful candidates will have an engineering / technical background, Either Mechanical or Electrically biased within - Heavy Engineering, Plant Equipment, Welding, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, Packaging, Recycling etc. The main responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer will include. Ensuring plant equipment functioning in the correct manner - Balers, Compactors, Shredding machinery. Maintaining all equipment on site, such as conveyors, pumps, motors, robotics, gearboxes, and valves. Installation of machinery onsite. Welding / Fabrication Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment. Fault finding and diagnostics. Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work. Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis. Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
