Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites which include laboratories, research institutions and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support during on-site visits.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.

• Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer on medical or laboratory equipment or similar

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.

• Strong health and safety knowledge

• Full UK driving licence.
