Field Service Engineer

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in Industrial machinery..?

We are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer with a background in installing, servicing and repairing industrial equipment. A lot of the work will be based within a Food or Logistics environment so experience in these fields will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

• Carry out repairs, installation and routine servicing of industrial machinery.

• Diagnose faults and perform hands-on troubleshooting repairs

• Prepare equipment for installation from the Birmingham facility

• Respond to service and breakdown calls across the UK

• Provide technical support and training to customers both on site and remotely

Experience required of the Field Service Engineer:

• Be qualified in Electrical or Electromechanical discipline

• Solid background in electrical diagnostics and mechanical fault finding

• Prior experience with machinery servicing and maintenance is essential

In return we offer a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile and laptop. 20 days holiday plus stats and a starting salary of -41k.
