Based from the depot in Grangemouth, as Field Service Engineer you will travel throughout the Central Scotland and the surrounding region, attending customer sites and will be responsible for the servicing, inspection and repair of a wide range of plant, tools and equipment including heavy vehicle plant, forklifts, compressors, telehandlers, generators etc as well as escalating complex faults where required and completing job documentation and service records.

As Field Service Engineer you will ideally be qualified within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Mechanics or Plant Machinery but more importantly you will have a proven track record of working on the repair and service of plant machinery or similar equipment; possess a strong understanding of plant mechanics including mechanical, electrical and hydraulics as well as fault finding.

To be successful in this role you must be presentable, have a customer-first ethos and possess strong communication and customer facing skills.
