Field Service Engineer - Company Vehicle + Training

Escape Recruitment is working with a well-established engineering services provider to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their growing technical team.This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting customers across Scotland by servicing and maintaining specialist mechanical and electrical equipment.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems and providing excellent customer support in a field engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance on specialist equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faultsInspect and maintain associated systems and componentsEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standardsMaintain accurate service reports and documentationProvide technical support and advice to customers on siteParticipate in a shared on-call rota for breakdown supportWhat We''re Looking ForElectrical or Mechanical engineering backgroundExperience in service engineering, maintenance engineering or similar hands-on rolesStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilityComfortable working in field-based environmentsGood communication and customer service skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experienceCompany vehicleTools and equipment providedStructured training and developmentSupportive and team-focused working environmentOpportunity to work with specialist equipment and modern ..... full job details .....
