What''s the role?The Service Engineer will take responsibility for the repair, maintenance, servicing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment supported by the company at the customers global sites. Key Responsibilities:Provide frontline product support ensuring customer satisfactionInvestigation of customer issues and development of solutionsCarrying out inspection/checks on own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to the customerProduce detailed work packages including risk and method statements for all workCarry out site surveys on customers equipment for appraisal / reporting for costings purposesLiaise with the Service Manager whilst working on overseas jobsProvided technical support for the existing product support engineersCarry out in line with our specification product servicing / repair and upgradesBe able to work safely within in a hazardous environment and ensure equipment is left in a safe and working mannerProvide a point of contact for the customer, or their ..... full job details .....
