Field Service Engineer 40,000 - 50,000 DOE + Company Car, Laptop, Phone, Credit Card, Pension Field Based - Mainly UK with some international travel when required Ref: 24513 Field Service Engineer - The Role: Troubleshoot, save and report failures in the field Give maximum technical support to customers to minimize downtimes Perform installations independently until final acceptance Create professional picture of technical service in the field Give customer start up training and provide safety for CE compliance Installation of cutting machines mainly in UK and all over European countries if required Troubleshoot machines and components on the telephones and on site Provide technical information to customer during installation, training and service visits Willingness to mainly travel during the week and change working places by short notice Work overtime as necessary, sometimes including weekends Stay on site until the problems are solved and job is finished Customer orientated decision with a minimum of supervision Field Service Engineer - The Person: CNC Machine Tool knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, software and hydraulic Professional usage of modern diagnostic tools ..... full job details .....
