Service Engineer responsibilities:Breakdown repairs and maintenance of CNC Machines, including multi-axis Mills and LathesRoutine service and inspections, as well as fault-findingCarrying out mechanical and minor electrical repairs to ball screws, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and motorsMachine levelling and alignmentsInstallation and commissioning of machinery on site Ordering of parts from the office, replacing and retrofittingProviding end-user training and customer support both remotely and on-site Service Engineer requirements:Confidence with either electrical or mechanical breakdowns of machineryExperience of working with either Siemens or FANUC controlsGood knowledge of fault-finding, ..... full job details .....
