We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer covering the South East for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the Field Service Engineer roleSalary: up to £36k plus car etcLocation: South East England with travel into Central London Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours: Monday Friday, and thirdBenefits: Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Cycle to work scheme, Optical Eye care reimbursement.Disclaimer: Our client is looking for someone to work across the south of England so you must be based ideally in the Reading area and be happy to travel into central London at least 3 days per week.Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer Install, maintain and repair company equipment on client sitesCarry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance activitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems, including computer control systemsSupport with administrative requirementsForge good working relationships with all customers, other engineers and members of the Service Department Requirements for a successful Field Service Engineer Mechanical and Electrical Engineering experience, including fault finding to mechanical component level.Understanding of computer systems and electronic controls is essential.A qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferredPrint or print finishing background would be an advantage.Excellent customer service, ..... full job details .....
