Compiling accurate and appropriate documentation for both Internal and external stakeholders in a precise and timely manner. Supporting product development. Responsibilities: Undertaking planned inspection and maintenance according to Technical and Manufacturer requirements. Performing proactive and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution in a timely manner. Testing and configuring DC chargers in the factory when required. Troubleshooting reported faults from the office and talking through fixes with contractors/clients on site. Testing product firmware, Apps and cloud integrations.
