Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer - Boston - Attractive package ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer with immediate effect for our client based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. EV experience would be advantageous for this position. Field Service Engineer Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV DC Chargers. Attending sites across the UK, Including, Commercial and Private properties to fix EV AC Chargers. Compiling accurate and appropriate documentation for both Internal and external stakeholders in a precise and timely manner. Supporting product development. Responsibilities: Undertaking planned inspection and maintenance according to Technical and Manufacturer requirements. Performing proactive and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution in a timely manner. Testing and configuring DC chargers in the factory when required. Troubleshooting reported faults from the office and talking through fixes with contractors/clients on site. Testing product firmware, Apps and cloud integrations. Provide documented feedback to RandD team. Required Qualifications: 18th Edition Electrical wiring regulations. ECS Card 2 years EV DC experience 2391 Test and Inspection OCPP protocol experience A full and clean UK driving license, good customer support skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
