Reporting to: Product Support Manager Location: Northern Ireland. Office base is Belfast City Centre Working hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Salary : 38 - 42K plus benefits package Main areas of responsibility: Responsible for all aspects of product support and product commissioning in the field including, but not restricted to; Responding to un-scheduled calls/orders. Completion of scheduled maintenance work. Commissioning products.
