Field Service Engineer - 12 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Yeovil/Basingstoke Contracting role based across Yeovil and Basingstoke (fully on-site, 5 days per week) for a 12-month engagement within a manufacturing environment. You will provide hands-on end user computing and field support across PC, VDI, mobile devices, and printing services, supporting both on-site and remote users across the region with day-to-day IT incidents, break-fix, and technology rollout activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote EUC support across PC, VDI, and mobile devices including break-fix for hardware and software Deliver printing service support including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of print and scanning devices Support PC life cycle management including Windows imaging, OS deployments, hardware upgrades, and data migration Facilitate new technology implementations including setup, configuration, and end user training Support the IT Navigator and Mobile IT Solution Centre (MITSC) services as required Coordinate loan of IT accessories and manage asset control, inventory, and returns Provide desktop application support including MS Office, O365, VPN, and OneDrive troubleshooting Install, inspect, and test wiring and cabling, ensuring all specifications and standards are met What You Will Ideally Bring: Strong hands-on expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting Proven experience supporting MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer, and common ..... full job details .....
