Field Service Engine Technician Exeter, Plymouth, Newton Abbot Up to £45,000 Basic + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Bonus Monday - Friday (Days)We re currently looking for a Field Service Engine Technician to join a well-established business within the energy sector, supporting a number of green energy power generation sites across the Exeter, Plymouth, Newton AbbotThis is a great opportunity for someone with an engine-orientated background who is open to a field-based role involving fault finding, servicing and overhauls on power generation equipment. Full training will be provided, but experience with engines is essential.The Role Supporting the general maintenance and upkeep of engine-based power generation equipmentAssisting with fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical and basic electrical systemsCarrying out routine servicing, inspections, and minor repairsSupporting larger maintenance tasks and engine overhaulsAttending breakdowns and helping return equipment to serviceCompleting basic service reports and job notesManaging tools, parts, and general van stockWorking across multiple sites in the local areaFollowing health and safety procedures at all times About You Mechanical or Electrical background (NVQ / City and Guilds or similar)Hands-on mechanical or engineering experience with enginesKeen to learn and develop new skillsFull UK driving licence What s on Offer Competitive salary + bonusCompany van and fuel cardFull training and development providedTools, uniform, laptop ..... full job details .....
