This role is ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, engineering administration, project support, or a technical environment who enjoys managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth operational delivery.Working closely with engineers, customers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in coordinating field service activities, managing schedules, preparing documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of installations, maintenance, and reactive service work.Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily field service activities including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and reactive call-outs. Schedule engineers and maintain accurate diaries, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Confirm customer requirements, service dates, and site access arrangements. Track job progress and update internal systems with accurate information. Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding service visits and updates.
