About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Aortic Endovascular Medical Devices Team in the UK with specific responsibility for the South Coast of England to drive the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Aortic endovascular medical product portfolio.This is a remote position and you can work from your home office.Responsibilities

Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customersProactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion LeadersProvide high level clinical and technical support in Gore Aortic Interventional procedures, working in the operating room or vascular interventional labPartner with hospital departments and educational centres of excellence to deliver clinical product training, product presentations and be accountable for your own investments budgetAnalyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelinesDeal with a range of stakeholders within hospital administrations, including Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Purchasing DepartmentsAttend UK and European congresses and implement local sales promotion activities to support business and educational needsBe an active member of a great and very experienced teamRequired Qualifications

Degree educated in science, technical or clinical disciplineMinimum 3 years experience in Medical Device Sales, ideally with a medical engineering or clinical background in the Vascular/Cardiac Interventional or Orthopaedics environmentProactive, self-motivated and an excellent relationship builderStrong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influencePassionate about medical device sales, with natural team-playing qualitiesAbility to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customersAbility to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to successAbility to undertake travel across UK as needed (travel time: 70%) – to support the clinical needs of our customers, to attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainingsWorking Arrangements
