Field Sales Representative
Job summary / intro
Join our UK field team as a Face-to-Face Sales Appointment Setter. You’ll work in a selected area, speak with people in person, spark interest, and book qualified sales meetings for our sales team. You won’t close deals on the spot — your role is to create the opportunity and secure the appointment.

Surrey, Hampshire, South Essex, West Kent, Oxfordshire, Bristol, East Kent, Hertfordshire, Dorset, West Midlands, West Sussex, Berkshire
What you’ll do
Approach people face-to-face in your area and start short, friendly conversations
Ask a few questions to understand needs and qualify interest
Book a clear next step: a sales meeting for the team
Log the appointment in the agreed system
Follow a proven model: Interest → Trust → Appointment
What we’re looking for
Fluent English
Outgoing and active mindset — you enjoy meeting people and being on the move
Self-driven and goal-oriented approach
Availability across the week, with morning and evening-focused shifts
Training and support
Clear onboarding and a proven talk track (how to open conversations and guide them toward an appointment)
How to spot the right situations and ensure meeting quality
First days with structure and guidance, plus ongoing coaching
Compensation
Two options: employment or invoicing model
Employment: average earnings around £2,000/month (varies)
Invoicing model: average invoicing around £5,000/month (varies)
Final model agreed during the application process.
