They are looking for a dynamic Regional Field Sales Manager to take a leading role in shaping the commercial strategy across London and the South Coast. You’ll build and manage a high-performing sales team, foster strong relationships with On-Trade customers, and deliver outstanding results that elevate our brand presence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to bring fresh ideas, drive engagement, and make a real impact in a collaborative, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a regional strategy to achieve business KPIs.Manage budgets effectively to support growth and profitability.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.Support sales team members during trade days with hands-on leadership.Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.Oversee activations across On-Trade channels to maximise brand visibility.Stay up to date with industry trends and opportunities.Attend bi-weekly meetings at the London office.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in On-Trade leadership roles.A strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Commercially driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Passion for the drinks industry and alignment with brand values
Desirable Experience
Experience creating and implementing innovative sales processes.Familiarity with emerging trends in the beverage industry.Experience in leadership, coaching, or mentoring.
Experience and Education
8+ years’ relevant experience in sales management, ideally in the On-Trade sector.Undergraduate degree preferred, but not essential.
