This is an important hire for one of the leading hospitality tech providers across the UK who is seeking a hands-on, consultative and driven Field Sales Manager. You will be leading by example whilst driving new business growth across London as this is a player-manager role, combining individual sales responsibility with the opportunity to coach, mentor and develop a small high-performing field sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue across the hospitality sector in a face-to-face capacity, with all opportunities being self-generated through proactive prospecting and relationship building. Alongside maintaining personal sales performance, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and sales coaching to the London sales team. Candidates will be expected to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, lead from the front in a field-based environment and foster a high-performance sales culture.
