FIELD SALES MANAGERSTOCKPORT - FIELD and OFFICE BASEDUP TO £40,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited are working exclusively with a B2B Business Communications company who are looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to join a growing sales team. This is a field-based role with a 50/50 split between winning new business and developing existing customer relationships.You''ll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, while also re-engaging with previous customers to drive repeat business and maximise account value. Alongside core product sales, you''ll have the opportunity to introduce wider solutions across the business.This role suits a proactive, relationship-led salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, building rapport face-to-face and closing deals.THE ROLE:Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and client visitsManage and grow a portfolio of existing and lapsed customers to drive repeat revenueConduct regular face-to-face meetings with decision-makers across a variety of industriesSpot and develop opportunities across additional service linesBuild long-term relationships to increase customer retention and lifetime valueMaintain an accurate and active pipeline through CRM systemsAchieve and exceed new business and revenue targetsTHE PERSON:Must have experience in B2B salesTrack record of winning new business and managing the full sales cycleExperience in a consultative sales environment (products, services, ..... full job details .....
