Sales Manager
Leicester based, Nationwide coverage.
£50,000 to £60,000 plus car/allowance and bonus.
Managing a team of 4.

We’re a well established, successful business who’ve increased sales by over 21% in the past 2 years. We work across lots of markets and provide our products to some of the most popular businesses in the UK!
 
We’re a business who employ 40 people. You’ll be a key part in our growth and not just another number. You’ll work with a solid, reasonably sized team but with only 40 the ship isn’t too big to move quickly - so you’ll have an impact in steering it and moving it forward.
 
You’ll struggle to find a business whose owners are more passionate at any point of their journey let alone nearly 50 years in but it’s not just the business who’ve experienced success and progression, it’s the people! We have a number of real, living success stories including our MD who’s progressed from Marketing through several promotions in the last decade. This role reports into him and the board – you’re in very safe hands.
 
We will give you all the tools to succeed, the knowledge within the business on our products and customers, and the backing from the Management Team.
In return these are three of the top priorities for the successful candidate:

  1. Commitment to exceeding our Sales targets and KPIs. You need to understand numbers and be commercially aware.
  2. Development of the team, the first few months will be appraising where they’re at – then you need a plan to plug the gaps..
  3. Winning, managing, and growing some of our most important large key accounts.
