Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Drinks IndustryBerkshire (Field-based, with travel across the region)Up to 45,000 per annum + Bonus + Car Allowance + BenefitsSector:Drinks Distribution / On-Trade / HospitalityI currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with experience in the on-trade drinks industry to work for a leading drinks distributor as their Berkshire Sales ManagerAs the Sales Manager / BDM, you''ll be the face of the business in the region - building strong relationships with on-trade clients including pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues. You''ll be responsible for both account management and new business development, ensuring your customers receive first-class service.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth across your territory by identifying and converting new on-trade opportunitiesManage and grow an existing portfolio of hospitality clientsBuild strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makersPromote our extensive drinks portfolio and introduce new products to marketWork closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and fulfilmentAttend industry events, tastings, and brand activations where requiredAbout You:Proven track record in sales, ideally within drinks, FMCG, or hospitalityStrong understanding of the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels)Results-driven with a passion for the drinks industryConfident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing ..... full job details .....
