We aim to increase our market share in the UK by recruiting additional Business Development Executives to cover territories in London and the South of England. Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, you will execute a strategic business development plan targeting beauty industry professionals. Essential Responsibilities • Identify new business prospects and schedule appointments with premium beauty salons, consultants and clinics and any other relevant prospects. • Deliver persuasive business presentations and successfully close deals. • Collaborate with finance partners to secure leasing arrangements. • Coordinate the installation of devices and organise customer training sessions. • Provide comprehensive after-sales support as needed. • Create additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. • Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated and fully utilised to maintain an effective sales pipeline. • Take ownership of your territory and manage it effectively to maximise sales opportunities. • Enhance relationships with the existing customer base to strengthen and expand business. • Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry trade fairs. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market ..... full job details .....
