This is a high-energy, field-based role where you ll take full ownership of your patch and drive performance across independent convenience retail. This isn t a passive account management role. It s about execution, visibility, and making a tangible difference in-store every day. The RoleYou ll manage your territory like your own business identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering against clear commercial targets. Key responsibilities include: Increasing product availability and in-store presenceExpanding product range within accountsDelivering standout in-store execution (POS, secondary displays)Activating promotions to drive rate of saleBuilding and maintaining strong retailer relationshipsFeeding back real-time market insightsManaging activity and reporting in line with company expectations This is a fast-paced, high-activity role where resilience, ownership, and consistency are critical to success.
