We are currently seeking ambitious Field Sales Executives to help expand doorstep delivery services for one of the UK’s most respected food distribution companies. Working in pairs, you will promote a well-established product range directly to potential customers in local communities.
This community-focused role involves direct customer engagement, promoting high-quality, locally sourced products to new households in targeted areas.
Position Overview
- Location: Field-based across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, and North Wales
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week – typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (including travel); occasional overnight stays
- Contract: Full-time and part-time options available
- Pay: Competitive base salary uncapped commission
- Promote doorstep delivery services directly to residents via local area canvassing
- Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and present the service confidently
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
- Record customer information accurately and liaise with internal teams
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
- Travel regularly to new areas (vehicle provided if applicable)
- Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential – energy, reliability, and confidence are key
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with the public
- A self-starter who works well in a target-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence required
- DBS check required (can be supported as part of the recruitment process)
