Field Sales Delivery Driver

Hours of work: 12:00 – 20:00. Monday to Friday

Role Purpose
You will be joining an energetic sales and logistics team, where you''ll deliver outstanding customer service while managing deliveries, van inventory, and on-site sales. This dynamic role blends driving, logistics, and sales expertise to support and expand the mobile retail presence across London.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute up to five scheduled delivery routes across London each day with precision and punctuality
- Safely load, unload, and handle products to ensure quality and presentation standards are upheld
- Adhere to all traffic, parking, and delivery regulations, with particular attention to red routes and congestion zones
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and route documentation for operational transparency
- Proactively engage with customers and potential customers to promote and upsell products during deliveries
- Develop and retain in-depth knowledge of all van-stocked items, including toppings, sauces, and specialty products
- Process payments securely using mobile point-of-sale systems or digital payment links
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and grow the London customer base

Skills and Experience

- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in delivery driving
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in sales or upselling
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic IT literacy

Training Provided

- Product knowledge and pricing structure.
- Health and Safety and Food Safety.
- Customer service and upselling techniques.
- Navigation and route optimisation (NAV training).
- Use of mobile POS and payment systems.

You will be provided with an Electric Branded Van, and branded uniform. There are opportunities for career progression.
