We''re working with an established motor finance business that''s going through a significant period of growth. Over the last three years, the business has grown from around £1.5m in revenue to a forecast £18m this year, to nearly tripling within the next 5.

Having built a highly successful internal sales model, they''re now making their next move: building a dedicated Field Sales function.

The Opportunity

You''ll be one of the first dedicated Field Sales hires into the business, responsible for developing your own territory, building relationships with motor dealers and increasing the number of dealers using the business for their finance requirements.

You''ll have the autonomy to manage your area in the way you know works, getting in front of dealers, understanding their business, building genuine relationships and ultimately turning those relationships into proposals and revenue.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Developing and managing a geographical territory
• Building relationships with new and existing motor dealers
• Using your existing dealer network to create new opportunities
• Visiting dealerships and becoming a trusted finance partner
• Understanding each dealer''s business and finance requirements
• Increasing dealer engagement, proposals and completed business
• Working closely with the internal Dealer Sales team
• Managing your own pipeline, activity and territory
• Maintaining strong standards around process, compliance and documentation
• Using CRM and internal technology to manage relationships and opportunities
• Representing the business professionally within the motor finance market

Who Are We Looking For?

• You''ll already know the motor dealer market and have an established network of dealer contacts that you can begin developing from day one.
• You could currently be working for a motor finance broker, lender or another business providing finance solutions into dealerships.
• You''ll also need to be someone who can work autonomously.This is a remote and field-based role.
• Understands dealer finance and how to develop profitable accounts
• Is confident opening doors and developing new relationships
• Can demonstrate strong sales activity and commercial results
• Is comfortable working independently and remotely
• Has good CRM and general technology skills
• Understands the importance of compliance and following the right processes
• Wants to build a career as well as build a business

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000–£55,000 basic salary
• OTE £75,000–£90,000
• Commission earned from your first completed deal
