Field Quality AssessorBirmingham, Manchester or Sheffield £30,000 + £62.50 Weekly Car Allowance + Mileage + Pension Full-Time, 40 Hours 3 4 Month Contract Are you a Field Quality Assessor with strong observational skills and experience in estate agency, property viewings, mystery shopping or field-based customer service?A growing business is looking for an organised and impartial Field Quality Assessor to support a temporary service-quality pilot. You will attend property appointments and assess the experience from a customer s perspective, providing clear and factual feedback on punctuality, presentation and overall service standards. Your findings will help identify trends, support client feedback and provide real examples that can be used to improve processes and training.Job Responsibilities Attend an average of 6 7 property appointments per day.Observe appointments and assess service against agreed standards.Record scheduled and actual arrival times and appointment outcomes.Provide clear, factual and impartial reports following each visit.Identify recurring themes, service risks and improvement opportunities.Escalate urgent concerns through the appropriate channels.Plan efficient daily travel routes between appointments.Complete administration and reporting from home when required.
