Field Picking Operative (Harvesting) Own form of transport desirable due to no public transport connection for start time. These roles are in addition to roles fulfilled previously due to increased order volumes . We are currently supporting a well-established business near Scarisbrick with the recruitment of temporary ongoing Field Picking Operatives. This role suits individuals comfortable with outdoor labour and keen on contributing to quality produce harvesting and sorting in agricultural settings. The position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Experience or exposure to outdoor work and agricultural environments is preferred due to the physical nature and weather exposure of the role. We would also consider applicants from alternative backgrounds who have proven experience in physically demanding roles. In person interviews can be held for this role in Scarisbrick, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Burscough or Southport .
