Field Operations Supervisor

Role: Field Operations Supervisor Location: South RegionSalary: £40,000 + Company VanIndustry: InfrastructureWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join a growing team within the technology/infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the Southern region, supporting the successful delivery of projects and services.The RoleYou will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Acting as a key point of contact, you''ll support engineers, manage subcontractors, and build strong relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities Supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site Plan and oversee project delivery from start to finish Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Monitor quality, timelines, and project costs Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams Support and develop field engineers through training and guidance Assist with on-site work where requiredAbout You Experience in a field-based supervisory or team lead role Strong understanding of infrastructure/cabling environments Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues Good knowledge of health and safety practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Full UK driving licenceDesirable Industry certifications (e.g. cabling, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS) Experience with CCTV, WiFi, ..... full job details .....
